The first team member of KAMS that I met was Jess. Shes the perfect person for her job! She was friendly and very helpful. I did not have to worry about a thing, including getting a tow truck. Another member of the team I was impressed with was David. He was very clear with explaining what the problem was with my car, and made sure I understood. I will definitely use KAMs in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

This was my first experience with KAMS - from the ease of drop-off, friendliness of the office staff, great communication from Robert, efficient/quality work by the mechanics, and the absolutely amazingly fair pricing - everything was great - thank you!! I ended up having to pick my car up early the first day I took it as I needed to pick up a child from school (and a part KAMS was waiting for hadnt arrived yet) - they were understanding and got my car back in driving shape quickly to allow me to do that. It was also a nice surprise to find out that as a WellStar employee I get a small discount - every little bit helps!! Thank you KAMS - I will be back!
