This trip was just for routine service but they were just as prompt and thorough as when they've done more extensive work for me in the past. Their service was fast, the people were friendly, and the bill was very reasonable. What more could you ask for?

Outstanding service and handling of customers! Friendly communication, clear explanation of the problem and costs, and the mechanics and receptionist go out of the way to respond to the customer's needs. It was 22DEC and I needed my car serviced in order to pass emissions. I had to leave it over night in order for the diagnostics testing to be completed. KAMs provided me transportation to my home. The next day, the testing was taking longer than expected (due in no part to the service-it was my car) and I needed my vehicle in order to finish preparing for arrival of holiday family. KAMs provided transportation from my house to their service center. They provided detailed information about what was happening with my car without "talking down" to me (as I have encountered with other service stations) and were very flexible which allowed me to bring my vehicle back a few days later after the Christmas madness had settled. When my car was ready, they provided transportation yet again to bring me to the service station, despite their busy schedule. Professional, upfront, honest, polite, and downright helpful.
