While I am very happy with the work performed, I am not happy that I was promised, when I made the appointment, the car would be ready by 1:30PM but work on it was not started until after noon. This caused me to have to borrow a car at the last minute in order to accomplish what I needed to do after 1:30PM (pick up child at school, wife at work, medical appointment). Since you've always had my vehicles ready on time when prior service was done, I'll put this down to a hiccup in your service.Like I said before, I am very happy with the work done. Engine is running very smoot and quiet.
