I appreciate the time you took to look at my car and let me know what was wrong. I would have appreciated knowing ahead of time that there was a charge for the estimate. I gladly paid it but still would have been more comfortable if it was mentioned ahead of time

I loved the friendly staff, the knowledge they had, and the time they took to explain things to me. I also love they did not push for me to buy anything, I WILL BE RETURNING TO THEM!

I have been with Ken (KAMS) for probably 10+ years now. They have a great team over there, have always done a great job, and are honest and reputable. I put them to the test if you would, a few times by getting prices for work at other places, then bringing it to KAMS without saying anything. They always found the "real" problem, and in all case I can remember fixed it for far less. One time a group told me I needed a $350 repair, I took it to KAMS and they found it was a bolt that had fallen out and replaced the bolt with no charge!! For me, finding a good/honest mechanic is like finding a good/honest doctor, you just stick with them!

This trip was just for routine service but they were just as prompt and thorough as when they've done more extensive work for me in the past. Their service was fast, the people were friendly, and the bill was very reasonable. What more could you ask for?

Outstanding service and handling of customers! Friendly communication, clear explanation of the problem and costs, and the mechanics and receptionist go out of the way to respond to the customer's needs. I would highly recommend this organization to anyone in need of automobile repairs or maintenance.
