I felt like David was very knowledgeable and informative. I also appreciate that the receptionist was very attentive and took a lot of notes that I feel can help with the diagnosis. I like that I received a follow up call to ask how my service was and how my vehicle was performing. it seems as though Kams takes a lot of pride in their work, and I have already recommended other customers to your business. I look forward to using km's again in the future when needed thank you.

These guys do quality work. They may not be the cheapest shop but they do stand behind everything they do. They get things done on time and keep you informed all along the way of what is being done and how much it will cost. I really like doing business with them!

I have very rarely felt comfortable with any auto shop before. I always feel that they are up charging me for things I don't need. I do not get that feeling with KAMS. Both times I have been there, they have been professional and honest about what "needs" to be done. David is really nice and helpful.

They are always willing to work to get your problem resolved. If they make an error, they own up to it and take care of the situation. That isn't true of all M&R shops, especially dealers.

over all was a very good experience nice write up quick repair nice waiting room I will be back for other repairs there was one thing I am concerend about I was charged 33.70 for gear oil it probably did not take but very little to top off has not been leaking long I am sorry to be so picky I have ran my own garage for many years in Kentucky I moved down to Ga two years ago and have tried several garages in Cartersville all incompetent outside of that it was a very good experience and like I said I will be back In my shop I would have put the gear oil under shop supplies unless the whole quart was used

Great experience. Communication was great as well. Jim and tech went above and beyond to troubleshoot and solve my issues. Will continue to use and refer people to KAMs!
