The folks are always great to deal with. I got a complete run down of everything that was needed on my car and Russell was very forthcoming with what really needed to be done. Ken was there to offer advice on what to fix, whether I should replace the car, etc.

My wife said she felt very comfortable with the service guys at KAMS and that in itself is telling. She doesn't trust auto service centers. They took my car in, called to discuss what they found during diagnosis within 2 hrs and installed the part I'd already purchased without a hassle.
