Based on a referral from a family member and needing immediate attention to my van, I called on Kam's for the first time. From the moment I walked into their clean and orderly front office/waiting room, I knew that the owners cared about first impressions. I looked at the bays and found them clean and orderly as well and this alone creates "trust building". The people are courteous, and listen well to the customer, something that means a lot, because every day we get into our vehicle and assume that the repairs/work done by a mechanic are performed correctly for safety sake. Kam's gave me peace of mind that I'd be well taken care of, but most importantly, that my vehicle was repaired by a concerned team of employees.

I feel we were treated with respect and fairness. The work was done on time and correctly. The sales team were very polite and helpful to my wife as she took the the vehicle in .

Saturday was my first experience with KAMS and I was very pleased with their service. They were very nice to deal with and I was in and out of there much quicker than I expected.

I have been with Ken and his team since moving to Acworth 10 years ago. I had 3 specific incidents in a row (too much to explain here), where other shops gave me estimates to fix things. I brought it to Ken, and he found the issue at a fraction of the cost. They have proven to be honest, forthright and helpful in many ways. They show trust toward their clients, never making you feel uncomfortable.

I was told by my in-laws that this was the place to go. They said you were a little high ( price wise ) but well worth it. I have to say that were right. From start to finish you guys were right on it with the great costumer service as soon as I walked in the door with the tow truck driver to the phone calls that were made on updates and finally the service by the tech when he came out and spent time with my wife and I talking to us about the problem we had even though he prob. had another car to work on. Thank you for all you do and being honest. That's what has given shops a bad name; dishonesty. You guys are a rare breed, keep it up. Ted & Jennifer Upham
