KAMS has serviced my Yukon brakes before, so I went there instead of the dealership. Quick reception and intake. Waited for the inspection to determine what the issue(s) were. After 20 minutes, I got the report that the pads were better than half life, but the rotors were warped causing the pulsating stops. Rather than a whole brake job, they only suggested turning the rotors, saving quite a bit of money. This is not to say the dealership would have done something else, like sell a full brake job. KAMS was honest in the estimate to get me out of there at the lowest cost. I am pleased with their service and commitment to the customer.
