My parents have taken their cars to KAMS for a long time and have been very satisifed. Its a bit of a drive for us, but we decided to try them out. Our first estimate did double after an initial diagnostic, which was a bit of a shock. However, the reason was explained and unfortunately it was an unexpected dealer part problem from Dodge, which while irritating, was not really KAMS fault. The work was done quickly and they communicated any issues immediately.
