A pleasure to deal with a user friendly garage service. The staff was courtous and professional. I have a 2001 Lexus with 140,000 miles that had never received any maintenance other that oil changes. I asked for only maintenance necessary to allow me to run the auto for another 100,000 miles. The manager suggested replacement of plugs, timing chain and water pump, transmission fluid and brake fluid. I feel sure other garages would have added additional unnesessary profit intense options. The work was completed in a day and a half and I have been very satisfied with the results. Also, I forgot and left an expensive camera in the console pocket and it was still there when I picked up the auto. I look forward to having all my auto maintenance done at KAMS.

I called at 8:03 and confirmed that I could drop off my truck and that it would be done by 5:00. I dropped my truck off at 8:15. David gave me a ride home. At 9:10 I had an estimate, guaranteed not to exceed. By 3:00 my truck was ready, for the estimate quoted. All of the people at KAM's are great, the shop is immaculate and I, a critical person, couldn't be more pleased. All of this was done with no appointment. On a Friday. Plus I got a T shirt:-)

My son took his car there at 8:00 am on Monday. He said "the lady" that he spoke with was very pleasant. They had to keep the car and gave my son a ride back to the house. When we went back to pick up the car at 5:00 pm (9 hours later) the same "lady" was there and was just as nice as she was at 8:00 am. Sorry I did not get her name but she also took the time to see if we qualified for any discounts. GREAT JOB YOU GUYS!!

My parents have taken their cars to KAMS for a long time and have been very satisifed. Its a bit of a drive for us, but we decided to try them out. Our first estimate did double after an initial diagnostic, which was a bit of a shock. However, the reason was explained and unfortunately it was an unexpected dealer part problem from Dodge, which while irritating, was not really KAMS fault. The work was done quickly and they communicated any issues immediately.
