By chance, I found Kam's, while actually looking for someplace else, that wound up being closed. I am new to the area and was very reluctant to have to try and find a new mechanic. I come from a small island where i knew my mechanic; for over 20 years. I am so thankful to have found them. While waiting, I got to talking with another customer who assured me I had come to the right place. She and her husband have been coming to Kam's for years. I had a bearing going out, and a hub. In speaking with the the incredibly polite and professional staff on the phone they gave me the worst case scenario estimate - even though we were pretty sure it was a rear bearing, I was prepared for the worst (highest price - they quoted me for the front bearing which is much more costly) when I got there. It was NOT the worst case and was hundreds less than expected AND nearly $200 less than quoted by a dealership. I can honestly recommend them and will be a returning customer. I have found my new local mechanic!!! THANK YOU, Anna and everyone at Kam's!

This was my first official appointment at KAMS i called the day before received an estimate for services needed, and due to my issue they made sure my parts were there the next day. Upon arrival my car was taken in and services rendered all within an hour. Will definitely use this establishment again for future services

I have a 2010 Prius with around 161,000 miles. One afternoon while I was doing some errands, my check engine light came on, so I drove over to KAMS. Within an hour, they diagnosed the problem. They helped me obtain a rental car so that I could leave my car at KAMS overnight. By the next afternoon, my car was repaired. Thanks KAMS for repairing my car quickly and for providing excellent customer service!
