It’s not easy to find an auto shop to service an almost classic car (2005 Chrysler Crossfire) that doesn’t stall and shirk and make excuses. I found them in a search for local Mercedes shops and was amazed at their service - in house towing, knowledgeable of the Mercedes engine, etc. The service is impeccable. My only issue with my experience is being charged for diagnostics with no deduction from the invoice. I know they’re not a dealership, but the $130 from an almost $$900 bill that included towing from them would have been nice. All that being said, I would definitely recommend them for Mercedes service. Parts for older automobiles usually takes FOREVER, but they received the parts for my crossfire in 24 hours.

This is by far the BEST customer service I've had EVER at an auto service center. Top notch client care, went out of there way to take me to work and drop my vehicle back off for me! I took my 1966 Mustang to Kams for a front end alignment. Mustang had a shelby 1 inch drop on suspension. I gave them the specs for the front end alignment and they did a good job. Car handles great.
