My experience with KAMS started on a high note and got even better through to the end. The lady who answered the phone, Anna, and set up the appointment, was friendly, efficient and very professional. She let me know there would be a diagnostic charge upfront and set the appointment. I dropped the truck off at the appointed time and within an hour had a quote for the work. They finished the job that day and I picked it up that evening. The quality of the work was excellent. These folks are friendly, professional and straightforward. This is my new go-to shop. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else after the great experience I had here. I think the fact that it is family-owned makes a difference in the pride they take in their work and in the way they treat customers.

KAMS fixed an oil leak on my truck. The entire process, from making the appointment to picking up the repaired truck, could not have gone better. The lady setting the appointment was friendly and professional (I apologize for not recalling her name - I think I know it, but do t want to put something wrong down - should have written this yesterday). I knew when to show up and what they would charge for the diagnosis. Within 45 minutes of leaving the vehicle, I received a call outlining what they found, what they needed to do and how much it would cost. Very professional. Very friendly. Very transparent. They made the repair and it’s all working as expected.

Two tough repairs came in on time and under estimate. I have been a customer for over 5 years. I have never had to take anything back a second time bc not done right. Regular service, air conditioning repair on a ford and a chevy. Power window repair . Brakes. Hoses. Do it all. Could not be happier and no I am not a relative. lol

Excellent is not even strong enough! They diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly. They communicated with us the whole way. No unexpected costs. Trustworthy is hard to find in auto repair but they are it!

This past week was our first visit and it was the best experience at a mechanic center. My A/C wasn't blowing cold and I was sure this would cost me a fortune to fix. I am so grateful that David and Cody were honest and I was out the door for even less than the original estimate! I'm impressed and will be back here for all my vehicle maintenance and repairs.
