KAMS answered my questions over the phone to assure me that they could fix my non-operative driver window. They assured me that if the weather was to change, that they would secure my car to ensure no water/rain could enter my vehicle. The window was stuck in a down position. I had determined it to be a bad motor and KAMS verified the issue and made the repair. The window is now operational and I am very happy with their service. The tech/mechanic texted/called me several times to let me know where they were with the car. I will definitely take my vehicle back to KAMS for any future servicing needs.
