Oil service completed on 2013 Audi Q7. FYI, service is done on a first come first serve basis, so wait time can vary. Service was completed with all necessary parts having been pre-ordered the night before. This will be the third time that I have used KAMS to service my Audi. Previous maintenance included a complete brake job and the replacement of the battery. Overall, very satisfied with the work performed. I also like the convenience to my home.

KAMS is a solid, honest auto shop. They're not always the fastest or the cheapest, but their prices are fair, they will only do the work that's necessary, and they'll talk you through the whole process. It's not easy running a repair shop with a team of mechanics, but they've got the process down pat. Once they even suggested we get a repair done at the dealer because the warrant could cover the cost, and it did. They even suggested which dealer to visit. Good people, won't steer you wrong. We trust them for all our work.

This was our first visit .. I spoke over the phone with the team at first explained my issue and they were ready to jump in and help! They gave me a quote and even a first time customer discount and still came back completed on time and just under quoted price! You don’t get that too often especially if you go to a dealer which I did go to before Kams. Dealers prices weren’t secure so I left and went right to KAMS .. they have a very friendly staff and well they giavw is just what everyone should want : honesty , fair pricing , good work and done in a timely manner.. make ya feel like they already know ya , like family .. 2👍👍
