Went to KAMS on Saturday, Oct 11, for an alignment on my wife’s Highlander. I was told it would be best to leave the vehicle and they would work it in, but I didn’t have a ride and needed to wait, especially since I had an appointment at 11:30. They said it would probably be an hour and a half or more until they got it in, since Saturdays were only first come, first serve. I had gotten there about 8:30. They actually got to the vehicle in about 45 minutes, and were done by 10:00, including test driving the car. I was extremely pleased by the faster than promised service, especially since I did not prod them to speed up. I had plenty of time to make my appointment.

Other than myself, KAM'S is the only place I trust to work on my vehicles
