I had a diagnostic inspection for a vibration under weird conditions after I already replaced several parts myself but still couldn't find it. They walked through each step with me to diagnose my transmission (torque converter) as the source of vibrations I was trying to solve with other parts being replaced. Definitely worth the cost to positively identify to source of the problem before I continue replacing other parts that wouldn't solve the vibration. 100% recommend KAMS and the family behind the business.

Hands down, best customer service, best prices and best people to work with. I'll tow a vehicle from across the state before I go anywhere else. They do everything - I might take my golf cart to Kams too! Twice now Kams has saved me hundreds of dollars taking the time and using their extensive knowledge to find alternatives or trying a lower cost option for me on multiple vehicles. I was told by another mechanic I needed a new front end and Kams noticed that was not the case, fixed the underlying issue for much cheaper. They earn my business every time I go there and I tell everyone I can about them!

The service representatives at the counter are always professional and friendly, it's obvious the owner(s) and employees take pride in how the shop operates from lobby to service bays...everything is clean, organized and well laid out. I have to mention Steve/mechanic that works on my antique Mustang is not just a nice guy but has really good attention to detail (everything is always put back in place, etc.). His quality of workmanship shows in his repairs and he always takes the time to speak with me about any questions and/or suggestions. Steve definitely has knowledge of older vehicles and I'm confident he can do what he says he can. Overall the shop is a professional and friendly run operation and I'll continue to bring my vehicle to Kams.
