My front passenger power door lock went out, which was not only inconvenient, but also messed with the car's security system sensors. When this happened on a back door, the dealership charged over $700 to fix it. I called around for quotes. Anna at KAM's was the first to call me back, and the second lowest price I was quoted. During the call and subsequent calls, I felt that my business was appreciated so I opted for them rather than the lowest bidder, even though both shops had excellent reviews. I was glad I did. The lock was fixed when promised and works flawlessly, and for far less than I would have been charged at the Lexus dealership. I recommend them and will be back if something else needs repair.
