Acworth Auto Repair

This was my first visit to KAMS and I decided to try them out using a basic oil change before needing more involved regular service later. I had used a dealer in Woodstock for years but have not been happy with the one in Cartersville since we moved to the area. KAMS met all of my basic expectations - they let me schedule an appointment, everyone I spoke to was nice, the waiting area was clean, they pulled the car into a bay timely, they put in the proper oil (per manufacturer spec, unlike the Cartersville dealer), they let me know in advance of something that I should consider for the next service, and they got me on my way in a reasonable amount of time. I'll be back again and I'll never sit for hours in Cartersville again! The biggest compliment I can give is that I'll be sending my wife with her vehicle next instead of bringing it in myself.

As always, the folks at KAMS were courteous, helpful, and understanding! They offer top-notch service at reasonable rates and will not try to jack up the costs by suggesting repairs that really aren't necessary. I've known David, one of the service-writers, for years and I trust him to give me the truth . . . even to the point of sometimes suggesting that I, as a pretty darn good shade-tree mechanic, could make the repair myself. That, to me, exemplifies just how honest and trustworthy everyone at KAMS is!! When it's a repair I can't handle myself, there is no other place I'll go than KAMS!
