I've known Ken & his family a long time from ups business dealings over the years. This was the first time using Kams. (becsuse I live in Rockmart but work in acworth) I Brought my car in for overheating issues on wed june 8, 2016. David & up front staff were very friendly. David called that afternoon to let me know the car had been diagnosed & what needed to be done & what drive out charges would be. I agreed to have work done. Paid $527 and picked up car on Friday. By the time I got home it was running hot again.:( Called David at shop. He wanted me to have car towed. He said they had a tow truck but I didn't feel like it was my responsibility to pay for a tow. After waiting, I called back & he agreed that they would come get my car in Rockmart. (31 miles) Picked up at 7 pm from a tow truck in Woodstock, not sure why they didn't call a service closer to my town. I waited until almost noon on sat, so I called and David let me know that it was a bad module on the new part they had installed. No extra money owed & could I pu on Monday so he could check it again on Monday am. I agreed. I'm glad it wasn't another problem & that Kams and David made it right.Thanks
